Getting Started with Your DataPulse Account

DataPulse uses Auth0 to protect its web-based delivery features:

• DataPulse DNS Expert™ — AI-powered features available at https://www.datapulse.global/app
• ResearchAPI — Traditional API access (no AI features) available at https://api.datapulse.global

Once you've been notified that an account has been provisioned for your email address, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Set Your Password

Skip this step if you can already sign in.

1. Go to the URL for your service:
   • DataPulse DNS Expert users: https://www.datapulse.global/app
   • ResearchAPI users: https://api.datapulse.global
2. Click Sign In.
3. Click Forgot Password or Reset Password.
4. Enter the email address associated with your provisioned account.
5. Check your inbox for a reset email from support@datapulse.global.

   ⚠️ The reset link expires quickly — use it promptly. Before clicking, confirm the link points to a datapulse.global hostname.

6. Follow the link and complete the instructions to set your password.

Step 2: Create an API Key (ResearchAPI Users Only)

This step applies only to ResearchAPI users. DataPulse DNS Expert users do not need an API key.

1. Go to https://api.datapulse.global and sign in.
2. Click Manage API Keys.
3. Click Create Key to generate a new API key.

⚠️ Copy and store your API key immediately. It will not be shown again after this screen.

To revoke a key, click Delete next to it. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
